In TSW3 on Xbox series X the UP AC4400 layer from cane creek is missing on Sand Patch Grade. I checked on TSW2 and it's still there in that, just missing in the TSW3 version. The CRR SD40 layer is also missing in both TSW2 & 3
Im pretty sure the CRR SD40 layer was intentionally removed, you wouldn't see a CRR SD40 anywhere on SPG in its current time period, as by then/now the CRR SD40's are repainted, retired, or rebuilt into SD40-3.
