I'd imagine the basic loco will be the same however each operator has its own unique specifications...

I'm not saying that the operators you listed have these but differences may include but not limited to:

    Headlight types
    Headlight position (roof / nose)
    Number of steps
    Anticlimber design
    Ditchlight types
Horn (tone / chime / frequency)
    Fuel tank capacity
Cab type (Spartan / safety etc)

The list is endless and I'm no expert in US railroads..

This is the standard model SD60 1st offered by EMD in 1984, it is equipped with a typical EMD Spartan Cab design and put out 3,800 HP.
The model by Travel By Train comes in CN colors, as well as a pair of leasing paints schemes.

The EMD SD60M was a variant of the standard SD60 that EMD offered, it was equipped with a North American Safety Cab. The model that RSC has in game is an early variation of it, equipped with a 3 piece windshield, nicknamed "triclops" (Later version had a 2 piece Windshield.) It only comes in Union Pacific Colors.

    SD60E

The SD60E is a rebuild variation of standard cab SD60's that Norfolk Southern did at their Juniata Shops in Altoona, Pennsylvania. These were equipped with a custom NS style wide cab, new electronics, and increased power to 4,000hp. The 1st prototype was delivered in 2010, with the majority of the production being done between 2013 and 2017.

Thelocoshop SD60E only comes in the standard NS livery, but they also released a marketplace pack featuring the Veterans, 1st Responders, and the unbranded GoRail livery.
