The TS Classic version of Sherman Hill includes UP #96, a rebuilt SW10 Switcher that was used by UP for their Steam Program and Heritage Fleet.

The 1200HP SW10 switchers were rebuilt in the early 1980s from older EMD SW7s, SW9s, and TR5s. The 75 rebuilt switchers were upgraded with new electrical systems and 12-cylinder 645 prime mover assemblies. The new switchers also received new radiator sections with fans taken from retired GP9s. The humped radiator section on the SW10s gave them the nickname "Hammerheads."

UP retired the majority of their SW10s in the late 1990s and sold them to a few industrial railroads and even to Mexico. However, one SW10 (formerly #1243) was kept in Cheyenne Yard for the UP Steam Program as a switcher. The SW10 is now numbered #96.
