Does this mean the DB's standard series E10? Or that of the DR?

Because that would be an absolute highlight in terms of sound and something is still missing in TSW! These electric locomotives use a switching mechanism to switch the speed steps, which also generates a very typical sound when starting, also to hear outside of the cabin.

It would be so wonderful to hear that sound again when I drive off, it's so vintage, so beautiful.

Sadly, what is meant is the current ex-DR loco, not the Rheingold/TEE-model E 10 (or any of the other Einheitselektroloks). For whatever reason, DTG isn't interested in vintage DB like they are in vintage UK.

I was intrigued about this route, but seeing how things evolve that excitement has gone down the drain. The ex-DR 112 will be quite similar to the 143 (outside looks at least), so why bother even creating a new loco ... Then it would be the route, but since I know it quite well, I probably will detect far too many flaws compared to RL to be able to enjoy it.
