recently i was blocked from the train sim world instagram after expressing my opinion about the current state of the game and this “season of reveals” content. i don’t think it’s fair that i was pretty much blocked from viewing their content for simply stating how i feel, and stating what needs to be done. people pay too much money for sub par content, and half of these “reveals” have been publicly known information, so i think i have every right to express my disappointment.
maybe that's just how LOVE-a-gram works. you can still be informed on a LOT of other platforms such as twitter and the Train Sim Community Discord server.
and to follow up on me being blocked, i could care less about that, it’s more so that rather instead of addressing the issues they’d rather just block someone all together which is rather childish, if you ask me.
Depends how you expressed your views. Many of us criticise the game on here but so long as it's done without resorting to swearing or insulting individual employees and within the general forum CoC, it's never elicited a suspension or ban. In fact I can only recall a few individuals who have been permabanned. Not saying it's the case here but there's usually two sides to every story. If you have a grievance with how you were treated on Instagram, best to take it up directly with whoever moderates it over there.
Sometimes it's best to just bite your lip and not say anything... But that's coming from someone who finds it hard to keep their mouth shut at the best of times, so what do I know? If you've been following TSC and TSW for a while, you should know by now that DTG has always suffered from "selective hearing" when it comes to customer feedback.
