I would like timetable mode for East Coastway updated to include London/Victoria services between Lewes and Eastbourne as traffic in this part of the route still feels a bit empty. I read somewhere else on the forums that DTG did not implement these due to running out of train numbers (not sure if the case or not). So, now with the 377/1s coming (albeit renumbered 377/4s) with BML and the addition of the long-awaited 313, this should not be a problem. Also, to make it feel more authentic, would be good if the renumbered 377/1s were introduced into this and all other potential Southern routes as standard.
If we're gonna update the timetable of ECW, I do hope there'll be a bit more action for the Class 66, which only runs for 5 miles in the current timetable. It's also a shame there's only one railtour service, and it only uses half of the route.
Agreed to both. I think there is a missed opportunity as you say with the railtour in timetable mode as you'd think a service would be put down to Newhaven Harbour to connect with the ferry if they want reasoning to create it (similar to one of the scenarios). The train could park in the sidings to the south of the station and let you drive a return service later either back to Lewes or even Brighton.
