Hello all, I have a question that may be obvious and I probably miss something here but : I do own South Wales Coastal route. How can i upgrade to the one with Swensea extension ? Do I need to repurchase the whole route ? That would be the same question for Chatham routes. There is no sale if you already own its previous version ?
You would need to purchase all the routes again unfortunately. For South Wales Mainline (re-released as South Wales Coastal) only those who owned the full route (Bristol-Cardiff and Cardiff-Swansea extension) got it for free (same with Welsh Marches when that was released with unbranded trains). Those who owned the full North Wales Coastal route (Crewe-Llandudno and Llandudno-Holyhead extension) got the product for free (those who only owned part of the route had to pay full price to get the extension). As for the Chatham routes, the only discount was 10% at launch I believe and everyone who wanted it for the extension to Dover had to pay for it due to it being upgraded with new items.
I believe the Dover extension is currently on sale on Steam - don't know whether you would consider it 'big'
Yep, if i had not the older version it would be a sure purchase, actually i will probably wait until 50 - 60%....
