This suggestion is for several US diesel loco DLC packs. I will suggest four engines for each pack. The packs will be for existing routes and the upcoming NS Horseshoe Curve Route.

I would buy any of these in a heart beat! Too bad pack 7 probably won't happen cause of licensing. Although I do remember Matt saying on stream once that Conrail licensing was kind of hard to get, meaning that they at least looked into it or tried/are trying to get it.

 

Wouldn’t it be better to get most of this stuff in game bundled into a new route though?

 

I would get packs 3, 4, 8, and 9.

 

I'm not sure I'd call the AC6000CW exactly "modern," since all of them were withdrawn before the first ET44s and ST70AHs turned up. The AC6000s and SD-90MACs were failures as far as the RR were concerned (unreliable, gas-guzzlers), and were all junked or rebuilt with smaller prime movers.

 

I'll get pack 10 and remember Union Pacific had AC6000CWs

 

I fear that hoping DTG might make a pack with four locos in it is some serious wishful thinking. A pack of four reskins of existing locos from the game might happen but not four new models in one pack like most of these. I see many suggestions for such loco packs but they don’t exist as a thing that DTG or anyone else make for TSW and that is almost certainly going to remain the case such is the amount of work that has to go into making each loco. Players are much more likely to succeed with suggestions for one loco at a time, which DTG and third parties can and do make now and then.

 

We can't even get DTG to make 1 NA loco, the chance of them even doing a pack of them is highly unlikely....
