So on US rail there is supposed to be a buffer car between locos and oil tankers for safety reasons. When I load a US route hauling a unit train of just oil tankers I see the buffer car. But when I run manifests sometimes I will see a tanker car right behind the locos. I feel like maybe devs have it just randomize manifest cars. Not necessarily something that needs fixed but maybe keep in mind going forward with new US freight timetables. I didn't want to put as a bug report since this feels like intended behavior just not accurate. Let me know if this should be moved elsewhere thanks.
Oh, so I have noticed this behavior for sure on Sand Patch, Cajon Pass, and Sherman Hill. I'm kinda assuming like I said that devs have manifests randomize the cars so it looks like all US freight routes would be affected.
