Us Passenger For The New F7

Would you purchase? I would. Who has an interest in a not so high speed passenger run on US routes?

 

But there's no new passenger stock to pair with the F7. Only freight services with existing modern rolling stocks from Cajon Pass.

 

I'd be interested in some passenger trains. Gotta admit the F7 looks pretty cool. Not too much of a fan of Cajon Pass though.

 

F7 with coaches would have been a sure fire winner.

 

Yep, US long distance passenger services is something that is very much missed in TSW 3... and I don't really care if it is a F7, or some of the newer stock (like the P40), just would love to have something that would change the pace on US mountain passes.

 

Agreed. Sometimes I just want to enjoy the scenery of a US freight route without the challenge that a US freight train brings. In good old TSC I just created my own consists where I got rid of a few wagons or added an extra locomotive to make sure it had enough power to be an easy drive. But, TSW can't do that, so I'm stuck with whatever services the timetable offers.

Having passenger trains on these US routes would allow for a more relaxed drive, and faster too (at least uphill).

 

Just imagine streamlined passenger coach trainset pulled by the pinnacle of motive power of it's time, EMC EA/EB Set. Just imagine.

IIRC someone in the TSC discord they didn't do them cause research into the cars would of required a trip to the US.
