Using Rw Enhancer 2 On A Saved Scenario

Hi All,
Quick question for anyone with experience using RWE2. I've started a long scenario which I saved mid-session however when I load the game back up RWE2 resets all the announcements and telemetry back to the original station. Does anyone know if there is a way to "save" the RWE2 data when I save a scenario so that I can continue where I left off.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately not yet, It's on the devs roadmap but bear in mind it's a one man dev team.
