Utilities.exe Illegal Rep Dist Code

so i was installing some mods with utilities.exe and i got the illegal rep dist code, how the heck can i fix that?

 

Don't Use Utilities.
Use 7zip to extract the contents - if you are installing Assets then you will have an Assets folder
If you are installing a Route it will either give you a Content/Routes folder or just a Route folder

Just copy that to your Railworks folder - overwrite if asked.
