how can i fix this? because i don't know what just happened and i really need help? it's also caused by a microsoft net framework issue so no idea how do i fix this?
Again you have asked a question about a problem with Utilities not working A number of people told you what you need to do to import a .rwp file in to the game It is one thing to ask a question but when you ignore the answer and then ask the same question again people will get fed up. Even if we give you an answer we have no idea if that fixed the problem as you cannot be bothered to say "Thank You - that worked" or something like that.
UPDATE: i resolved by doing a clean install, i deleted the railworks file and then reinstalled the game and now it's working
