Steam Vectron Cab Light Switch Question

not really troubleshooting but is the cab switch in the Vectron supposed to just be a toggle for the cab light? because when I turn the cab lights on the switch jumps back to position "off" but the light stays on until I do that again.

 

It does the same with the class 700 so i would expect it to be so

 

well yeah. kinda makes sense to have the cab lights be a toggle and the spotlight when it's on the same switch a not toggle but idk the word
