    Description:
While playing with the Vectron locomotive in Train Sim World, I noticed that the wheels do not slip under slippery conditions when applying the dynamic brake. This issue persists regardless of the weather conditions (rain, snow, etc.), which should realistically cause wheel slip when braking dynamically on slick tracks. The expected behavior is for the wheels to slip or slide when the dynamic brake is applied under these conditions, reflecting the real-world physics of train operation.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Select the Vectron locomotive in any scenario or route.
    2. Set weather conditions to include rain, snow, or any other type of precipitation.
    3. Drive the locomotive and apply the dynamic brake at speed.
    4. Observe that the wheels do not slip despite the track being slippery.
    Expected Behavior:
The wheels should slip or slide when using the dynamic brake under slippery track conditions, which would be consistent with real-world train dynamics.

    Actual Behavior:
The wheels remain fully gripped and do not slip, even in weather conditions that should cause slipping when the dynamic brake is applied.

    Platform:
    PC (Steam)

    Additional Notes:
This issue affects the realism of the simulation and may not reflect the actual performance characteristics of the Vectron locomotive in adverse weather conditions.
