Vectron Substitutions

Will the Railpool Vectron be able to sub on to routes like RSN, RRO, SKA, HRR, HMA, HBK and KWG? Linke Rheinstrecke is omitted because it is set before the Vectron even existed. BRO could be possible but it is set a year before the Vectron entered production. (Say that to the BR 187!)

 

RSN is set quite a few years before Vectrons were a thing.

 

Say that to the BR 187 which I'm assuming also didn't exist when RSN is set and they still sub it.

 

Good question. I wouldn’t expect new services for it on older routes but DTG seems to often make sure the German stuff can be used equivalent services that already exist. I.E. the Dispolok 182 was selectable on freight services from routes that came out earlier. And the BRO 110 can be selected on Dosto services on tons of routes.

The question was not about layering - it will not. It will only layer on Vorarlberg.

The question is about substitution. And I actually would expect the 193 to substitute everywhere where the 185.2 also drives. At least where the RP 185 from DCZ substitutes. At least I hope it doe. Maybe Matt can tell us more about it?

 

Can't be intentional though since they are incompatible with Br110.

 

The Dosto cab car can't control the 110 while under player control but it can when driven by AI.

 

The AI could control a 72 stock on the Arosa Line.

 

I don't think this is correct. It should have the same substitution settings as the other German freight locomotives in the game (excluding the BR110 from Linke Rheinstrecke).
