Steam Very Blurry Textures On Trains/ground And On The Tracks Since Last Game Update 28/4/24

hello one thing i have been having on TSW4 On PC Steam since the last download patch is bad Textures on the rails close to the train im using and the details on the sides of the trains plus other areas very blurry and bad as hell never had anything like this in all my years playing TSW4 I run the game with engine.ini customed and DX12 but even try it with out the DX12 and custom engine to find the same issues going on anyway finding it real bad on new LIRR Commuter here is some pics to point out the issues i run the game on Ultra settings with sky at high screen at 100% v sync on and running on a i7 11700k 11th gen 3060 gigabyte 12vram 64gb DDR4 Sticks the photos show u bad blurryness on side of the M3 LIRR plus on the side of one of the trains in front when inside the cab and even signs at the stations this is wrong and dovetail needs to brings us a patch out to fix this asap as a streamer of TSW4 that streams 4 times each week i find my viewers dont need to see this type of detail please look into a fix asap it does say the last patch fixed this issue but the funny thing is i didnt even see any of it before the last patch but now its clear seen

 

is anyone at all having this issue i have removed ballest mods thinking it be that and still nothing i never seen TSW look so bad and im on a 4K 60FPS Screen and playing the sim in 1440p
