I just now noticed my GPU is at 90% usage right at the main menu screen in TSW5 which is unusual as i never had even 50% usage in game at Frankfurt and still got good 45fps. now even the menu screen has some 30fps and very high GPU usage.
High GPU usage does not mean your GPU is overloaded, it means the application is making full use of it's ressources. I think a lot of people are struggling with a performance hit after the latest update to TSW 5.
