   I was just playing with some Wayside Works narrow gauge stuff and this popped up - I've never seen it before and don't know what it means.

   Googling, it looks like it is related to a corrupt .NET installation. Haven't seen this one before.
   
   Try running the dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe in the RailWorks\Install folder.
