Waiting For 11q In Hsc

How long am I suppose to wait for 11Q in the scenario Complication at Cresson? I waited for almost an hour and nothing. Is this another bug?

yeah I'm aware of that. Was making sure I wasn't doing anything.

 

Experienced the same thing. The train in question is a single gp38 attempting to haul consist up the hill towards the horseshoe curve. The train stalls on the hill and will never pass
