The WMATA (Washington metropolitan area transit authority) blue line in around 30 miles long, going between Largo Town Center and Franconia Springfield. It features ground level, raised and underground sections,
It uses the 7000 series of cars

    but to dovetail
get the buildings right such as: Regan nat. airport, Old town Alexandria, the national harbor Ferris wheel. And the Bridges crossing the Potomac river. A possible DLC could be the 3000 series also used on the BL.

Oh and some other mandatory things so this is not complete garbage
    Automated announcements
Automated train control in rush hours
    That new rush hour thing
Signage for the other lines at stations, like for the other lines at Metro center
