Wcml North & Wcml Over Shap

Was wondering if there are any merges for these two routes and if so, 1. Which is the best and 2. Where it can be obtained from?

I would prefer not to have to pay a subscription, i.e. ATS etc.

I'm sure there's one which includes Edinburgh-Glasgow. No knowledge other than that but have you asked Google?

 

I’ve done a bit of Googling and saw something about the Edinburgh merge but not one that lets you run from Preston to Glasgow.
