    I would love to suggest the WCML (Preston - Carlisle) Route is added to train sim world 3, route should be set in modern day,
    rolling stock
    Class 390s
    Class 397s
    Class 350 (Tpe)
    class 86 (freight/intercity)
    class 90
    it’s a 90 mile route that is located in the north west of england

    stations include
    Preston
    Lancaster
    Penrith Lakes
    Oxenholme
    and Carlisle

    Sounds good! Could you provide more details such as: stations, scenarios, Route lenth, etc;

    I want the route because of the hills and scenery - it's so aesthetic

    Why not set this in the 1970s-1990s that way we can Cruise along WCML over Shap with Class 370 APT with selected sections being 155 mph 250 kmh under the C-APT system. Here's a PTG Rail video of the class 370 Hudless

    Good suggestion! All the rolling stock thats included looks really nice (would be obviously nice to get the 390!)

    Did the Class 87 Mk3 run the WCML over Shap Preston to Carlisle Citadel railway station with the Class 370 APT or not?

    I remember seeing 87s from the mid seventies when I went to Southwest Scotland by train with the family so yes the 87s would have been seen on the WCML whilst ATPs were jolting about.

    Add the short Oxenholme to Windermere branch for some single track action and some Class 195 too.

    The Morecambe/Heysham branch would also be nice, although a 158 or a 156 would need to be added. Also don't forget Carnforth, Lancaster - Carnforth services could be run with the 195 and 156 on Barrow and Carlisle services respectively

    Heysham branch should be added if we would get a 158 and 156.
