"Tackle The High Speed and High Capacity Services as you traverse over the Staffordshire countryside, on the UKs busiest and most Important rail lines connecting London to the North and Scotland" ROUTE LENGTH: 51 MILES WCML Trent Valley is a 51 mile line along the West Coast Mainline, running above the City of Birmingham, between Stafford and Rugby. STATIONS STAFFORD RUGELEY TRENT VALLEY LICHFIELD TRENT VALLEY TAMWORTH POLESWORTH ATHERSTONE NUNEATON AND RUGBY LOCOS (Reused) BR Class 390 (AWC) Previously seen as a loco DLC for WCML South, this loco returns to do fast services along the Trent Valley. Having this loco included with the route will also give the devs the opportunity to update and freshen up the loco. (Reused) BR Class 350/1 and /2 The Class 350s seen in Birmingham - Crewe return for use along the Trent Valley, doing stopping and semi fast services between Rugby and Crewe. WHY THIS ROUTE? (LAMP) Licencing: The return of Avanti West Coast for TSW6 makes good use of the big licence, and allows for more AWC style routes to be implemented in the future. Anticipation: Another WCML Route is fantastic, especially now, when there is Birmingham to Crewe, Preston to Crewe and with this, it would link up nicely. Mix: There is a nice mix of services along the route, with stopping services run by the 350 and semi fast and fast services by Avanti West Coast. Prominence: This route features the Picturesque and Quaint countryside of Staffordshire and the busy and frequent WCML. LAYERS: BR Class 66 - adds an absolute heck of a lot of freight services on the route, making it even busier than it currently is. XC Class 220 (Riveria Line) - AI at Stafford and Tamworth High Level. XC Class 170/5 and /6 (Birmingham Cross City) - AI at Tamworth High Level and Nuneaton. BR Class 86 (WCMLS) - perhaps maybe a railtour layer. BR Class 323 (Birmingham Cross City) AI at Lichfield Trent Valley. Thanks all for Viewing!
