Wcmlos Quarry Freight Layering

What layering is required for freight or shunting timetable on Shap Summit/Hardendale/Shap Beck quarry?
I already have NTP, heavy freight, PBO, TVL, Cl20, CL31
Do I need WCL or SOS to enable layering?

 

I believe you need WCL for the wagons.

 

Class 20 I believe as it has the PGA wagons that are used by the 08 which shunts at harrendale.

 

I thought so too, so I bought TVL, cl31 and cl20, but I still couldn’t find the relevant freight and shunt timetable.

 

I have only seen introductions about Kingmoor TMD and Kingmoor Yard and Carlisle station shunting layering, but I can’t find anything about the layering required for quarry freight near Shap Summit.

 

The shunting service at harrendale can only be done with the limestone dust version of the class 08 maybe that's why you can't find it.

 

I read that WCL is required for shunting, but does this include freight to and from the quarry?

 

Weirdly it shouldn't unless it is for the seacow wagons which are used for other services

 

So the freight related to transporting quarries is the same as that required for shunting?
