If a route is working for most people but not a few, then it's often issues with the specific machine and programs/settings on that machine. Are there any solutions people have had that have made the WCMLS work better on your computer you could share with others? Or similar experiences on different routes or even games that might apply in some cases? We all have different setups, no two are exactly the same, but some things (like antivirus programs, SSD v HDD, graphics settings, etc) that could apply as well. It's not about letting DTG "off the hook", but in the chance that it's NOT caused by the program itself... then they will NEVER fix the issue since they can't fix what they didn't cause. If it is a program conflict causing a crash or something, then solving it won't come from waiting for DTG. It might come in handy later too in similar situations in the future.
