I seem to be unable to complete this Scenario. I get stuck in Bishop Auckland. There appears to be no way to change the path and there is a freight train blocking the default path. Any suggestions? Respectfully
More a General Discussion than an off topic thread! Will look when I get a chance tomorrow, others might get there first.
Where did you get this scenario from? I have checked all my Weardale content and don't have anything called Middleton Shuttle. Did it come with a Loco pack or from the Workshop? If you could provide a link that would be good.
There's a Middleton Shuttle shunting scenario in the Workshop. I have it marked as complete though I don't recall running it. It is described as version two so the first thing might be to check which version you have.
Weardale & Teesdale Scenario Pack https://store.steampowered.com/app/834406/TS_Marketplace_Weardale__Teesdale_Scenario_Pack_01/ Included Scenarios WVR 1.01: 1058 Wearhead to Durham WVR 1.02: Coal from Brandon WVR 1.03: Cattle for Heighington WVR 1.04: 1820 Bishop Auckland to Middleton in Teesdale WVR 1.05: Stormin' Northbound WVR 1.06: Maintaining Lands Viaduct WVR 1.07: Middleton Shuttle WVR 1.08: Railtour Detour WVR 1.09: Spenny Transfer WVR 1.10: Helping Out
Consist "Southbound Coal" is the one blocking you at Barnard Castle - not Bishop Auckland It is incorrectly placed and occupies two signal blocks - that's why it does not move (planned ETD 5:47AM) - bad scenario design.
I've patched this Career Scenario, removing the stuck train. Open the zip and drop the "Content" folder into your RailWorks folder. Edit: As career scenarios are checked for modifications, you'll get an error message which you can bypass by pressing F2 then Cancel!
Ah, I was wondering. I had a go at this and, looking at the route, was wondering where Bishop Auckland came into it!
Thank you for concuring that the Scenario could not be completed as published. I deleted the 'Southbound Coal' consist as you recommended, completed the scenario and have now published on my site https://sites.google.com/view/trainsimulatorcontent/uk-trains/class-105 Kind Regards!
