Just out of curiosity, why Steam only and not Epic Games too? Seems like an odd choice to hold a sale but for only one kind of player. Unless DTG plan on having an Epic Games sale next weekend?
In my experience outside of the big sales like Black Friday or the Christmas Holiday sale, Epic tends to lag behind Steam with smaller sales by a couple of weeks. DW
[EDIT - Jan - Language] Stop giving steam all the sales. Treat all your players equally. Don't be a Sony
Do try to learn something about a topic before spouting off. Sales are controlled by the stores, not DTG. Steam does a lot, Microsoft not so many, and Chatham has no control over either.
I really hope we get a PlayStation sale soon. It’s been like 2 months since the last one at this point, while Steam gets new sale every few days.
If you like to have more sales youre more than welcome and buy a pc! Dont be so rude about this point.
I shouldn't have to buy a PC and re buy everything to benefit. Ridiculous notion. If it's true that the 3rd party online stores are in charge of the sales, thats one thing. How would the average person know that? If true, I apologize. If not and my argument holds water, I've said my peace.
Steam have more sales than Xbox, Sony and Epic. That's been the case for as long as I can remember. If you somehow did not know that, you do now. What platform are you on?
Doesn’t matter if it’s TSW or a different game entirely. A product on a platform being sold has TOC in place, you can’t expect DTG to call up Microsoft or Sony and demand they refund you so you can switch to another platform. You should’ve done more research into investing in your preferred platform. I’m writing this message whilst on the toilet, so for the sake of not dropping my phone in the bog I bid you a good day.
Sony have a policy that nothing can go on sale in the 30 days following release, because all older DLCs got re-packaged as TSW5 compatible the PlayStation store lists every piece of DLC for TSW2, 3, 4 and 5 as having been released on 17 Sep 2024. The earliest any of it will be on sale again will probably be the 23rd of October (PlayStation sales nearly always start on a Wednesday and the 16th is too soon).
