Weird Bug With The Converttogeo.exe Executable Application

Hello good afternoon, a few days ago I reinstalled my W11 Home that later went to Pro, with everything I had before the PC formatting and it turns out that now with the latest igs meshes it does not leave me in the blueprint editor 2 of the TSC export to geopcdx format

Fixed, solution to reinstall Windows 11 completely
