This is not the first time I've encountered this issue at the end of a run, I will reach the final marker, to then be told to wait until a particular time, one that isn't realistic at all. In addition to this, I used a God mode mod to change the time to 00:00:26, and still the run didn't end, rendering the 45 minutes I spent on it a complete waste. Is there something I've done myself to cause this, or simply a bug? EDIT: This particular run is 5U93 on SEHS, TSW 3.
Wait until 00:00:26 (or similar) is displayed since TSW 3 release, this number says nothing at all. In fact you only have to wait until the actual arrival time and the service ends normally, in your case 22:58:00.
There’s still no need for these waits at the end of a service though. When I’ve finished my run I want to get on with my life. I’m sure DTG introduce new things into TSW just to annoy me. I’ve had several gripes on the forum today about various new things that I believe have worsened the game for me and I’m not even in a particularly bad mood.
Is this only present in TSW3? I've never seen the wait instruction at the end of a service in TSW2 in nearly 1000 hours of playing the game.
I know Harlem has had this issue since release (and where I remember it starting). For some reason the timetable spaces out towards the end and allots like 5 minutes in between the last 3-4 stops with relatively small distances (when heading toward N White Plains) that even if you follow all the speed reductions (including ATC), you end up arriving like 5 minutes early and have to sit and wait. And as OP noted, using god mode to accelerate time messes everything up
I did a service yesterday and I was asked to wait for about 4 mins. I don't have that time in my life to burn, unless I'm waiting 4 mins to move onto next part of journey I want no part of it. Why on earth I want to wait 4 mins to see the summary h graph is beyond me, there should be a mastery award for that alone.
