After my TSW2 got today's update, I ran a scenario in BLM and on exiting after completing it, TSW got stuck on the splash screens and would not go to the main menu which I had requested after the eval screen. Should note that the only way I could get out of this was to do the ctrl-alt-del and log off my machine then log back in. Attempts to do a "close window" would not stop the issue.
This has happened again today, 11/25/21, while running Sherman Hill. After completing the 3d scenario in the Journey and pressing Main Menu in Options, it locked in the splash screens, just rotating through them one after another. This time instead of doing ctrl-alt-del I did a restart. I do not get any message screen to say what is happening so will look at the log and do a support ticket.
