    About
The proposed section of this rail network I am recommending is 103.1 km (64.1 mi). The max speed would be 115km/h (71 mph). There would be 58 stations. Trains run during peak hours with a frequency between 5 and 15 minutes and off-peak between 10 and 40 minutes. Services run between 4.00 am to 12.00 am, except on Friday and weekends were they run 24h with a 60 min frequency outside standard operating hours. Services run from Werribee and Williamstown to Frankston.
