Hi, as part of the Christmas sale I bought the WSR map and the Class 33 and Class 52 add-ons. Unfortunately I discovered one peculiarity, practically all diesel locomotives have a problem when connecting to Mk1 cars, the bumpers go over each other. The worst is with Class 33 and then 47.

With steam locomotives Flying Scotmann, it is fine, but only by tender, there have buckeye.

Class 33 .... it is crazy

I tried connecting Class 33 with Mk2 on the WCMLoS map and it's fine there.....so I assume the problem is probably with the Mk1 coaches

Have you lowered the buck eye coupling? On the mk1s.

I started the service, the loco is already connected to the coaches ...... using the hook.
When you lowered the buckeyes, the bumpers will move forward. It looks like it's all set up for the buckeyes ..... That's why it's okay with the tender, it has buckeyes.

Thanks, same problem with Class 33 Railtour and red Mk1 coaches, London Overground map. Considering that it's fine on WCMLoS map, it's probably on the connecting points of older Mk1 cars... because if it was fixed for locomotives, the problem would be transferred to other maps..... that's my idea

I did a little experiment with Class 33. I manually uncoupled the train with the overlapping bumpers. And then I activated the Buckeye coupler. And the bumpers on the Mk1 wagon went in and it visually matched ... so it's clear, that the Mk1 wagons probably use the Buckeye point for the hook connection too

Also scotsman should be coupled with the buckeye as it safer for the crewed to walk through

The connection with buckeyes is not possible with classic locomotives, so there is no solution......until DTG fixes it...at least I haven't found a solution to prevent the bumpers from crawling through each other and I don't know of one.

I've had the same problem with the 47 - PS5. It's odd, it's like the buffer from the loco goes through the buffer from the coach.
