    Good morning,

    We’ve just released our awaited West Somerset Railway Remaster, which will bring a huge range of additional variety to the route, a new gala timetable, updating the route to the TSW4 feature set, new audio, a range of changes to scenery elements and much more!

    This is out now for PlayStation players and should be making its way to other platforms shortly. As always, please allow up to 24 hours for updates to come through.

    Highlights
    • TOD4 Lighting and Dynamic Weather
    • Scenery Updates, including Minehead town, Watchet Harbour and the yard at Bishops Lydeard
    • Volumetric Fog and Chained Paths in Scenario Planner
    • Audio improvements to the route, Class 47, Class 09 and Class 33 and Class 52 loco Add-ons
    • Short extension to the track scenery at Norton Fitzwarren to include part of the Bristol – Exeter Main Line for AI traffic.
    • Coal loading, functioning water towers and AI whistling at whistle board locations.
    • A new, additional timetable based on the real-world gala timetable from 2022 allowing for steam services, shuttles, winter specials and rail tours for players with relevant Add-ons.

    • Updated route to TOD4 lighting and weather systems
    • Extended track scenery at Norton Fitzwarren to include part of the Bristol – Exeter Main Line for AI traffic.
    • Full rebuild of area around Minehead and Bishops Lydeard stations
    • Added new Steam gala timetable from 2022 allowing for steam services, shuttles, winter specials and rail tours.

    • Added TSW 4 rain effects to the windows
    • Added AI horn functionality
    • Fixed the Class 09 horn cutting out when sounded
    • Altered internal cab mix
    • Added internal version of the 09 horn
    • Fixed an issue where the player spawns incorrect on the Class 09 introduction

    Class 33
    • Added TSW 4 rain effects to the windows
    • Added AI horn functionality
    • Fixed the class 33 horn (Re-edited from the original recordings)
    • Implemented a new horn system to improve the loop-end transitions
    • Tweaked entire loco mix internal & external
    • Added internal version of the horn
    • Tweaked the horn switch sensitivity to make it feel more responsive

    Class 52
    • Added TSW 4 rain effects to the windows
    • Added AI horn functionality
    • Fixed the class 52 horn (Re-edited from the original recordings)
    • Implemented a new horn system to improve the loop-end transitions
    • Tweaked the locos internal and external mix
    • Added internal version of the horn
    • Tweaked the horn switch sensitivity to make it feel more responsive

    Class 47
    • Added TSW 4 rain effects to the windows
    • Added AI horn functionality
    • Fixed the class 47 horn
    • Implemented a new horn system to improve the loop-end transitions

    MK1
    • Added TSW 4 rain effects to the windows

    • Fixed LOD issues
    • Players can now open/close the gangway doors.
    • Stock should now have light on by default on AI trains in a Running or Running Stopped state.
    • Fixed passengers falling onto the track when loading/unloading.
