Is it just West Somerset Railway from the preserved collection due for release this week? Also, when playing WSR in TSW 2020, did anyone else have trouble stopping at the first station after Bishops Lydeard? I more often than not SPAD here and had to start again.
yes that signal on crowcombe heathfield platform is a little doddgy so i always stop about 10 yds away or a little closer. anything less than 5 yds away and your likely to SPAD
Although I'm never using imperial units (always metric) I've found that you'll usually SPAD when getting closer than 2m (2,18 yd) to a red signal. This is probably due to the crazy use of reference points in the game, which shows distances to the drivers seat instead of the distances to the leading edge of the train.
Yep. Distances should be measured to the pointiest bit of the leading edge of the train, especially if measuring to the drivers cab allows a SPAD to occur unwittingly. WSR always catches me out.
