    The bottom bit is clouds reacting to the sunlight and there is no dynamic weather but how they portray clouds has changed

    I found this sort of thing in TSW2020 a few times. When authoring the scenarios, there must be more settings for the weather, time of year, time of day etc. that we have no access to just modifying a handful of presets. Mist and fog level is one of them that is set only in the presets given. I’m pretty sure there are different settings that they put in for the timetabled services when accessed via Journey mode too, as these can be impossible to recreate from the timetable presets and adjustment sliders.

    There are new dynamic skies but there is not dynamic changing weather, it stays the same once set until you change it on another timetable
