PC What Does This Signal Mean?

Like the thread title says, what does it mean? And do I have to do something, like slow down?

 

It means reduced speed. The 5 at the top means 50 kmh. Slow to 50 kmh.

 

Reduced speed, and the 5 in the triangle above denotes 50kmph max speed

In general, a withe Number (Mostly Above The Signal) Multiplied by Ten Means Maximum Speed
A Yellow Number (Mostly Below the Signal) Multiplied by Ten Means Maximum Speed at the Next (Main) Signal

A Signal only showing a Yellow and a Green Light always mean go with 40 Kph
