Looking to move over to a gaming laptop and these are the specs of one that I like the look of: Ryzen 5 5600H, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 6GB GDDR6, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD Would anyone be able to give a ballpark FPS figure from this for newer routes like the JT MML or the ATS King's Cross-King's Lynn? I know the RAM is a bit on the low side but it says it can be upgraded to 16GB. Is that enough to future-proof it for a few years? Cheers.
It all depends on what resolution you run the game at. 1080p and it will run really well. 4K it will be pretty dire. As someone else said, 512GB is not gonna cut it either. 8GB is also a bit mean. It will be fine for TS, but it's not great. 16GB would be my recommended minimum for any system, for any use these days.
