Miami - West Palm Beach featuring the trains Amtrak P42DC locomotive with Silver Star passenger cars, Dash 8-40CW locomotive in CSX Livery & Locomotive BL36PH This a route I'd like to see, go ahead and list yours
I would like to see more commuter action such as the VRE, Trinity Railway Express, UTA Frontrunner, New Mexico Rail Runner, and if possible another Californian route such as the COASTER and Amtrak Pacific Surfliner, with new locos such as an EMD F59PH/PHI, SC44, and for freight a GE ES44DC/AC, ET44AC, C44-9W, EMD SD70ACE, SD70M, SD70ACE-T4, SD60, SD60M, and for switching and locals a GP60 or GP40-2, in a different scheme of course
I would like to see a New Jersey Transit rail line in train sim world or The Bullet Train from Tokyo to Osaka as the first dlc based on a Japanese railway
Tokyo to Osaka is probably a bit far. It's 2hrs 30 on a limited stop Nozomi doing 300km/h most of the way. I suspect you'll see a regional or commuter route first. Also the Tokaido route doesn't have the most varied stock since JR Central have standardised on the N700 Series, the last 700 series were withdrawn earlier this year (though JR West still have some IIRC)
Buffalo & Pittsburgh Railroad between Bradford, PA and Johnsonburg, PA. A little long at about 50 miles, but it offers nice mainline runs and lots of industrial and line side switching. Locomotives would include ex CSX SD60I/M, SD45r, GP9, SD40-3, or GP40/-2/-3. Rolling stock would include boxcars, tank cars, coal hoppers, covered hoppers, and just about anything else except intermodal/TOFC and autoracks.

I meant that DTG is currently focusing on making shorter routes, 20 mile ish routes, so that’s why I thought DTG won’t go that far because they’re focusing on releasing sub 25 mile routes as a new strategy plan.
I'm not a fan of this plan. The only way I'd buy a route 25 miles or less in mainline length is if DTG manages to make something awesome, and it's on sale.
