As mentioned elsewhere I submitted a ticket to Support with regard to the mileage not updating on Tier One of the Monthly Mastery. I checked DTL this morning and the distance is still stuck at zero. On logging into the Support Centre this morning therefore, quite astounded to see my case and ticket shown as solved when it patently is not. I’m sorry to start pinging again, but DTG Harry also DTG Alex as the custodian of the Monthly Mastery campaign, this is just unacceptable level of service to close off support tickets without actually resolving the issue. Also high time the ongoing failures of the Monthly Mastery to properly update were addressed, otherwise what’s the point of even having it.
They have closed at least 3 of my tickets without even acknowledging them i really give up with customer support now.
Well I will also be asking the question on the next Roadmap Q&A whenever it appears. Yes they are probably inundated with fallout from TSW6 release still plus the bungled Birmingham to Crewe release. But they cannot be unaware of the disaster this Monthly Mastery is becoming every time now. Or is no one from DTG even bothering to read the feedback any more even when (reluctantly) pinged. The upshot will simply be less and less interest in the game which in turn = fewer content purchases.
Man I feel your pain and frustration. It’s why I never raise a ticket. It just makes me blood pressure worse. What DTG fail to relate to when players are left in the dark is how frustration can affect some and even boil over to a reaction like this. I’m not having a pop either as I can relate to having enough and having a good vent. It’s just shame it has to come to that point in the first place. It’s probably the Ai system coughing in your face and saying NO. And thanks for the heads up to. I tend to do my masters rewards like you. I’m still waiting nearly 3 years later for the Liverpool Crewe’s Stream Mastery Rewards. An other example of why I feel DTG only act when it’s a massive core issue. Mastery is not critical to the game’s functionality so are DTG going to forget this month Mastery. With a few seasonal streams and release I’m sure they have some major things going on which will act as a distraction from something that again isn’t that critical to core gameplay. What ever the case, then I do hope the whole situation gets resolved soon for you. ✌.
Probably not, but I bet it gets a mention on the Roadmap stream and (when it works) does provide that bit more incentive to play the game rather than drift off and do something else. So IMHO, any achievement or mastery - not just the monthly’s - should be properly coded and supported when it goes wrong.
Reopened my Support ticket on this yesterday afternoon. Here we are 16 hours later and still sits unresolved. DTG took a lot of money off us for TSW6 hotly followed by Birmingham to Crewe. Is it too much to ask some of this actually gets spent on providing a bit of active technical support for the game, please?
