What the hell? I just bought the arosaline with both side DLCs but when I went to take a screenshot this happened
Only time I've seen something like this is when running something else in the background that has for whatever reason conflicted. Usually it's something like Netflix running in a browser tab... but I don't know if your problem is linked to something else conflicting.
See, now talking about running stuff in the background while running a game on XBox you just reminded me of when they got rid of snap in order to free up a tiny bit more memory on the XBox One that it took to run them simultaneously (It was so frustrating losing the ability to run Youtube and a game side by side the way I can on PC)
I suppose one upside is that you at least don't seem to be stricken with blurry textures! Underneath this dodgy effect, they look nice and sharp.
I guess but honestly still would probably rather have blurry textures than that headache, since most cases there is parts of a route without them
