What will happen if I buy the class 313 without the ECW route?

 

Then you will not be able to use it unfortunately. That loco requires ECW on your Playstation to work.

 

You'll have the license for the 313, but not the actual use.
This asset requires it's base route (ECW) to function

 

For what it’s worth, I recently got the 313 and ECW. The 313 is a nice drive and the route is great. I can think of a lot worse routes and locos. If you like UK routes I’d give it a try.
(Just my opinion, obviously).
