Those editions are new on Xbox store as of today (on the US storefront at least, where I'm located). If you scroll down on each of their pages, you'll see a release date of 3/10/2022.

They're actually a good deal if you have Game Pass, in leu of proper good sales on Xbox. Since it comes with the base TSW2 game, they're priced at 20% off if you have Game Pass, so that drops each edition down to $32. You can buy these bundles even if you own the base game, so actually these are great deals if you want the DLC. Each route is $30 (minus 10% off with GP), and each loco is $20 (minus 10% off with GP), so each bundle's DLC sold separately would be $70 (minus 10% off with GP), versus $40 (minus 20% off with GP) if you buy the bundle. Also, games on Game Pass tend to get these types of game bundles on sale more often than the DLC items themselves. Like how we've seen some Rush Hour / Deluxe deals in the past many months at deep discounts, whereas we haven't seen a DLC sale since last July (I think). I've always assumed that's how Microsoft offsets the cost of running Game Pass, by limiting big sales of DLC for Game Pass games, hoping that people will buy them at nearly full price.

    • DB BR 363 loco

If you are having problems finding this in your region's Xbox store, it may have not gone live yet. I can only show what I am seeing in US region's store. Also, I've only looked at Xbox.com storefront, I haven't booted up my Xbox to see if it's live on the console's store yet. If you are having problems searching for the product names (the full names are listed above in bold), try searching for the base game Train Sim World 2, and then clicking on the "CHOOSE EDITION" button, which should show you 4 editions (base game, and then these three new regional bundles). This isn't showing me the Rush Hour Deluxe edition, but I was able to find that via searching Xbox.com, so I guess they haven't fully removed that bundled edition from the store.

Nice find! I was looking to get the MP36PH and putting GO Transit livery on it to run on Oakville Subdivision. But didn't want to get the loco without the route associated with it (Peninsula Corridor). The cost of those separate in Canada is $61 even with gamepass discount. $42CND for both and an extra loco seems like a great deal. Going to get that and wait for the other 2 to go on sale to pick them up as well in the future.
