I think that link has died for some reason. Try going here: https://profile.dovetailgames.com/live/train-sim-world it's a little bit back from that link. If you are logged in to dovetail live your profile will be available in the top right, with a drop down for 'shots' which is where all your in-game pics will be. If you are not logged in, there should be a 'login' button somewhere, maybe under 'account'. Once logged in, go back to the link and you should be able to do the above.
