Where Is Bakerloo Marketplace

I’ve completed Mastery Tiers 1 and 2 for Bakerloo (and checked the Mastery page shows completed) and understood that Bakerloo Market would appear. I thought it was supposed to be just outside Kenton Station but I’ve searched and it is not there. Can anyone please enlighten me as to where I might find it.

Have you activated it in the menu's

 

No. It doesn’t say I need to. Can you tell me how to do this please.

 

Go to the route menu's and press X I believe and then click on market place bakerloo line. It should now be activated
