Indias railway is quite impressive. A few of the wap-5 were built in switzerland (abb / slm). I used to haul entire bogie sets with "welti furrer" too, funny to see the indian stock was moved with them. Not sure what the op tries to say, but they have a huge knowlede in trains over there in india. Not the modern "tools" we have, but really impressive in my opinion.
Honestly, the topic should be moved to Off-Topic, it doesn't fit TSW, and let that area take care of it.
I think this person just thinks that they can post something and no-one will reply. I've seen their posts before.
