The Wherry Lines is a Railway in the East of England, running from the City of Norwich to the coastal towns of Great Yarmouth and Lowescroft via Acle and Reedham. This route has previously been in Train Simulator Classic, developed by Armstrong Powerhouse. However, for the TSW version, this suggestion is focusing on the route set in the Present Day, with Greater Anglia. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What are the Locomotives? BR Class 755/3 and /4 (Greater Anglia) (NEW) Making its first Appearance in Train Sim World, the BR Class 755 is Greater Anglia's newest fleet, These were constructed between 2018 and 2020 and are part of the Flirt family of Trains. This loco would do all of the services along the route. STATIONS VIA REEDHAM TO GREAT YARMOUTH: BRUNDALL GARDENS, BRUNDALL, BUCKENHAM, CANTLEY, REEDHAM, BERNEY ARMS AND GREAT YARMOUTH VIA ACLE TO GREAT YARMOUTH: LINGWOOD, ACLE AND GREAT YARMOUTH LOWESCROFT LINE: HADDISCOE, SOMERLEYTON, OULTON BROAD NORTH AND LOWESCROFT --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Why this route? This route, I think would be a great start to Eastern UK Routes, and introduces Greater Anglia in TSW fantastically. In Addition, I believe the flirt would be a great addition to the game. The route itself features decent timetable frequency, and amazing scenery. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SCENERY (BERNEY ARMS STATION) The Route Features a very wide range of countryside scenery, similar to Just Trains Routes like Preston to Blackpool, which have fantastic scenery. (GREAT YARMOUTH STATION) The route has a mix of coastal, countryside and city atmosphere. The route, whilst it is very modern traction does blend old fashioned elements into it. like old style level crossing gates (seen at Brundall) and other elements such as old fashioned signs and route architecture. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PRICE The route itself features a lot of scenery variety and branches, however, due to the only locomotive being the Class 755, locomotive variety is lacking. However, the route itself has decent length and a brand new loco which is expensive to produce. my final conclusion, is that if this route were to happen, the price would be the standard, £29.99 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you all for reading this suggestion. please do let me know what you think, and have a good day
