You cannot get better than a RSSLO German route. Unfortunately you have just missed a sale. The detail in a RSSLO route is superb!
RSSLO's routes have a distinct art style that doesn't appeal to everyone. Check out some videos on YouTube first.
GBE also has a few routes available for North Germany. Some are dated. 3Dzug also appear to be now working in this area.
Koblenz - Trier is a good long route down the Mosel Valley https://www.aerosoft.com/en/shop/mo...or/routes/1032/along-the-moselle-valley?c=331 Don't buy Berlin - Wittenberg as Berlin - Leipzig, as trevkiwi said, is the longer version of the same route.
You can get that on Steam, too. I have both. Train Simulator: Mosel Valley: Koblenz - Trier Route Add-On on Steam
Konstanz Villingen. And then get the Konstanz Hausach extension. Wonderful wonderful scenery. Some of it near photo realistic. It is the absolute top when it comes to German TSC routes.
If you want to venture outside of Steam, then check out Rübelandbahn. It´s one of the most unique and well made German payware routes. https://www.3dzug.de/product_info.php?language=de&info=p571_ruebelandbahn.html
