Just asking the Communmity on which one of these choices to buy on the current Xbox sale which ends on Monday the 27th?
They're the following MBTA Boston South Station to Worcester via Back Bay Amtrak stop for Northeastern Uni TFL Overground Gospel Oak to Barking ÖBB former KkStb Semmeringbahn DB Hamburg to Lübeck routes. Pictures are below and from these ones which one is the best to buy? A Poll is also enabled

There all good but london overground can get boring its very stop start top speed 45 mph its only 13 miles long where all the other routes hit 40 miles plus and have more variety happy shopping.

I would not recommend Goblin, unless you want the 710 to layer on WCMLS. Route and train well made, apart from people on the track at some stations, but it’s a boring stop/start bus service and apart from one short stretch you rarely get over 40MPH.

Hamburg to Lubeck is actually quite good. I was sceptical at first but it is a pleasant run. The default electric and Dostos are boring but it is redeemed by layers and this is the route chosen by TSG for the 218 Journey mode.

Semmering I haven’t bought yet but mainly because I already have it in TSC and not a fan of the singing 1116.

Ditto Boston to Worcester, nothing to me stood out already owning the original MBTA route and the version in TSC is twice as long with vintage motive power. In fact, apart from Clinchfield, I’ve currently removed all my North American routes as they are the least played in the game.

Out of those the only one I have is GOBLIN and all I have managed is a cumulative full run of the line and I can't bring myself to even consider playing it again, as it is one of the most boring, routes I own.

It depends what you are into. Goblin although well made is quite empty and boring. Mbta again I found quite boring after a while. The other 2 routes grab my attention more, now I've got he hang of the safety systems.

So you're saying the PZB routes Hamburg and the former KkStb Semmeringbahn are the best ones

I see but for me I'm a fan of ES64U2 loco since I've had them in Game and also a Marklin railway catalogue

If Hamburg to Lubeck had TOD4 lighting, for me it would win this contest hands down. It is a busy route and seems well made apart from the wrong Dostos which you sometimes can't get out of due to the floor height. If you don't mind the TOD3 lighting then it is probably the best one.

I don't have the Worcester route yet, althought I have read mostly positive things about it.

I like Semmeringbahn, the scenery and stock are well made, although I believe they were a bit stingy in not providing much variety of passenger coaches.

Goblin is well made, one of the best in the sim in that respect as is the 710 but it might get a bit boring. I like it but I wouldn't play it every day.

I'm saying they grab my attention more that the other 2. I like busy routes with lots of variety. And that's what they offer.

Have to agree with Hamburg-Lubeck (actually probably my favourite German route overall):

Meanwhile, Semmeringbahn is also a very enjoyable route too.
