PC White Noise On Trains When Standing Up

I have encountered a kind of "white noise", clearly unintentional, which plays while the player is standing up in a moving train. This does not apply to all trains, and the list of trains it does apply to expands beyond just preserved collection trains.

Here are the ones I can remember off the top of my head:
-Class 483
-ICE 3 (only Munchen-Ausburg version)
-Dostos
-DB BR 425
-DB BR 422
-DB BR 146.2
-DB BR 185
-DB BR 182

There might be a couple more but I forgot or I don't own them.

This completely destroys the passanger experience, as it makes it unbearable to walk across the beautiful ICE 3 when it's moving, which is almost all the time, since it's a high speed train.
